Pultruded Fiber glass structure shapes provide a combination of corrosion resistance and high strength along with dimensional stability and light weight standard shapes include l bars channels, tubes, squares and round bars, flat sheets, angles etc.

Fibre craft Pultruded products are manufactured from continuous glass fiber roving and mats synthetic fiber, specialized corrosion barrier tissues and thermosetting polymers such as vinyl esters, isophthalic polyester resin and epoxies including fire retardant grades. Pultrusion is a continues molding process utilizing glass and synthetic fiber reinforcement in a thermosetting polymer matrix. A combination of pre-selected reinforcement material is drawn through a bath where all of the material is thoroughly impregnated with liquid polymer resin. The wetted out fibrous material is performed to the desired geometric shapes. It is then pulled through the heated steel die. The final cure is achieved with in the die where the temperature and pulling speed are specially controlled. The solid laminate exits the die and pulling speed is specially controlled. The solid laminate exits the die in to exact shape of the cavity as it continuously pulled by the Pultrusion machine.
